TENANT IMPROVEMENT

Modern Building Team is proud to be part of the successful completion of a tenant improvement project for a children's educational amusement space in Torrance, CA. The project involved the build-out of Digit, a retail amusement play center where kids' senses are explored through construction-based projects.

The scope of the project included all electrical work, as well as the connection of all equipment for the children to play on. In addition, we installed wireless dimming and occupancy controls in accordance with Title 24 requirements.

One of the key goals of this project was to reduce costs while maximizing functionality. To that end, our team value engineered the lighting and control system to achieve these objectives. The result is a state-of-the-art play center that provides an engaging and educational experience for children while also being cost-effective and energy-efficient.
