TENANT IMPROVEMENT

This project involved electrical work on the 9th floor of a Class A office building in Irvine, CA for a prominant land developer.

 

The scope of the project included the installation of electrical duplexes, data floor outlets, furniture partition outlets, and furniture connections.

 

The project also included the installation of lighting and lighting controls, including chandeliers in conference rooms. In addition, electrical work was completed to support signage.

 

Overall, this project aimed to provide the necessary electrical infrastructure to support the operations and functions of the developer on the 9th floor of the office building.
