EV INFRASTRUCTURE

The project involved the design and construction of new electrical service and EV Charging infrastructure for a national tenant located in Anaheim, CA.

 

In order to support the charging needs of the tenant's employees, 10 level 2 charging ports were installed. In anticipation of future EV charging needs, an additional 10 "make-ready" conduits and subpanel were also installed.

 

The project required coordination with the utility company and building department.  ADA compliant parking modifications to ensure compliance with relevant regulations. All construction and management was completed by Modern Building Team including trenching, concrete ramping, restriping and EV signage.

Overall, this project aimed to provide a convenient and accessible EV charging infrastructure for the tenant and its employees.
